Our Working Process

Our process on creating awesome projects.

1. Concept

The first step of creating a successful website is to get to know you and your business. Understanding your objectives and target audience are vital for us to craft a site that will help you reach your goals. After being supplied notes from the initial kickoff meeting the designer will begin researching the field the business specializes in. Your website will need to stand out from the competition but not alienate the users.

2. Prepare

Using the information from our initial kickoff meeting, we’ll research what sort of keywords would be best to guide users to your site. Here, the designer takes their research and begins to mockup some designs. Stock image samples and dummy text will reign on the design. Designs won’t be created as full websites, but rather in Photoshop so that elements can be easily changed.

3. Retouch

Once the sitemap is complete we can begin work on the block design. After some discussion a design is selected and further refined. The final design is then submitted to you, the client. You’ll provide your own input and we’ll work together till we’re both happy with the site.

4. Finalize

When we’re done testing, we send the site over to you to do a final check through. If everything passes inspection, we’ll make the site live and then schedule a training session where we’ll teach you how to administrate the website on your own ! After the site is finished, the testing begins. Our sites need to display properly across all browsers and also be responsive to display as nicely as possible in our mobile world. When the go ahead is given, the new site is pushed live.
